My husband and I went in here because we Googled "certified pebble sheen" dealers. We found out that this location had pebble sheen. So we walked in, looked at the sheen. When we were about to leave, we had a question about the sheen hurting our feet. A gentleman came out and asked who is building our pool. We told him we are contracting ourselves. He told us we have to leave. He told us not to take advantage of stores that have overhead. Even if that was the case, (which we didn't even know we were in the wrong spot) he should never treat anybody like that. I have never felt so disrespected at a public place. All the while, having no idea we weren't at the "right" place, according to him. There's no excuse for this behavior. Stay away...sounds like they don't really care about anybody unless they're paying a pool company. I would also like to mention that he insulted the way we are building our pool by sarcastically saying that people like us do this to "save money." He doesn't know a thing about us. If you're not a Pebble Tech dealer, take your name off their website.
