Worst moving company! Was told we would need a "deposit" of one hour and it would be returned at the close of the move. At the end of the move, we were charged the full price by number of hours. When we asked about deducting the deposit, they said their office was now closed and we would have to call the next day. Called the next day and our deposit turned into a "trip fee", that is not refundable. Spoke with both the lady who told us of the deposit and the owner, got nowhere, owner didn't care at all that he had unhappy customers, and that his employees were lying. The movers also eyeing tools etc., in the house we were moving out of which were not part of the move. Unprofessional and took their time loading and unloading to make more money. Also hinted at the beginning of the move that the only way they make any money was in tips.
