Wish I could give NO STARS! HORRIBLE customer service! Was on my way from work and made an appointment for 4:30p got caught up in a little traffic. So I arrived at 4:36p signed in and sat down (I was exactly 6 minutes late). The owner (she sits at the first station when you walk in the door) looks at the sign in sheet and says you made an appointment right, I said that is correct she said you are 15 minutes late so she had to take someone else because after 15 minutes we give your appointment away. I said I am not 15 minutes late it is only 4:40p now. She then said well we only wait 10 minutes (before you said 15 minutes, which one is it). To top it off she then said don't you see how busy we are so you will have to wait now. I looked at her and said I can't wait and walked out. I completely get the late policy thing but really 6 minutes. Also, I was able to see the lady which I had requested had been working on the lady in her chair for longer than 6 minutes. I believe the owner had promised the 3 ladies waiting that they would be next. I am sorry but that is why I made an appointment and you don't talk or treat your customers this way. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else where they actually care about there customers.
