Doctor, great. Staff, not great...at ALL. My concern here, is that only few employees know what the heck they're doing. Medication refills called in hours prior to pick up and after ensuring it would be ready by pick up time should be ready AT PICK UP TIME, right? RIGHT?!? Dr.Weingrow is a great doctor, but his staff NEEDS better communication skills. I shouldn't have to wait 50 minutes for a refill that was approved 4 HOURS before hand.
