On Friday, Feb. 28, I called Vamp'd to see if we could get a table for 6 at 6pm. My wife's long time friend was in town and we all wanted a dinner to remember. At my recommendation and the fact the husband of our friend is a huge Count's fan, we chose Vamp'd. I called and asked if we could do a table of 6 at 6pm. I was told that they had a concert at 8pm that night but that as long as we were out by 8 that it wouldn't be a problem. We showed up at 6 and several people at the door acted like they had no clue what we were talking about, all they could say is that "we have a concert at 8". We explained over and over the phone call and they just didn't listen. Finally some manager came out of the kitchen and proceeded with the same story, "we have a concert at 8". I explained again the call I had made to the restaurant. At this point he grudgingly says that he has a table in the corner of the bar we can use. At this point we knew we were not welcome and that we couldn't trust them. We left I will tell everyone I can what happened and to avoid the restaurant. Danny, your restaurant team needs some training before they run everyone off.
