I'll never eat at Einstein Bros again. Where to begin? Firstly, when I came in and waited at the "ORDER HERE" sign with a guy standing there and refusing to acknowledge my presence. Finally he turns and barks at me, 'place my order at the register' and turns back to do basically nothing. Not a huge deal, people have bad days.
But here's where I have my MAJOR problem with this location. I got bagels with garlic shmear and he put barely enough shmear on to cover the bagel. Well, that turned out to be a blessing in disguise because a few hours later I got so sick I had to leave work and go to the hospital due to uncontrollable vomiting.
Spent THREE days in UMC getting IV bags while I endured food poisoning from Einsteins spoiled shmear. I'm POSITIVE the poisoning is attributed to the bagel because that was all I had eaten that day and the night before I had only eaten some fruit and veggies. Thank God I didn't get extra shmear as I usually do or I probably would've died from the food poisoning.
So in conclusion. The service is horrible, the employee attitudes are offensive, the food is literally poison and now I've gotta pay off a 3 day hospital stay because of these clowns most likely mishandling or improperly storing their shmear (atleast the batch of shmear I was given) and giving me the worst case of food poisoning I've EVER had.
