So excited to watch Avengers tonight, they had a technical glitch with the projector and we couldn't watch the movie. That was ok, I'm a patient person, and can wait another day. They refunded the movie tickets, and refunded the popcorn and drinks we got...however, they would only refund the popcorn and drinks, if we returned the containers...um...just a terrible way to leave the night, such a bad customer experience. "Sorry about the movie, let me screw you with the stuff you bought."
