Bank of America is the absolute WORST financial institution I have ever had to deal with in 30 years. I now know where all the terminated Wells Fargo employees go. I had the misfortune of taking over a large estate account at B of A. Incompetence is the one word to sum up this bank. The "wealth management" combination with Merrill Lynch makes things worse. They are dumb as rocks. If you enjoy being put on hold for an hour and forty five minutes to answer a simple question, definitely bank here. This account was hacked. I went into the bank THREE times and had to help them resolve this problem, which they treated like the mystery of the Rosetta Stone. I have had the misfortune of going to branches in Massachusetts, Texas and Henderson, Nevada to resolve the estate. I confidently state this is the most large INCOMPETENT financial institution you will ever encounter. From cashing a check to dealing with their "wealth management' department, you will find the worst customer service you have ever experienced. This bank should have been allowed to fail during the financial crisis, they did take the bailout money and actually became a disaster that currently still exists. RUN AWAY!!
