I ordered 2 sets of french doors and a security door for my home on 3/4/17 and they were not installed until 6/12/17. Home Depot will phone you almost daily to give you "updates" they mean nothing, you go to your computer and they show update dates.....who cares.....where is my product. The doors arrived, the install took forever to set up since Home Depot uses a third party to do their installations. Once this install happened, everything was great. I did go to Home Depot to ask for compensation for waiting so long for install. They did award me $300 for my trouble. But, I must tell you. The mentality of the staff at this location leaves very much to be desired. They apparently don't care about repeat business because I was told, "you can go somewhere else (Lowes"s) to do your business. That is GREAT customer service.
BUYER BEWARE!! This particular store sucks and I will always keep that in mine.....You should too.
