This is the only service available to us in our area and we hate it! We've consistantly had the same problem for the past two years. We pay more than the minimum for good internet and it drops daily or runs slow at random. Every single day we try to watch something on netflix or youtube and the internet will stop working. weve had technicians come out a handful of times with no fix. I am sick of calling customer service. I hope google fiber comes here or we'll just move at the end of our lease just to be rid of the internet service (Which is way overpriced for the little mbps we get)
