Me and my husband visited this place for the first time this weekend. We both just really wanted some ice cream so we both ordered the brownie sundae. This was the WORST mistake ever!!! It was disgusting, mainly due to the fact that the brownie was really hard as If it was frozen. The spoon wouldn't even put a dent into it! My husband had the same complaint. And when we told the staff about our issue they just seemed unconcerned and responded with "oh that's why I order it without the brownie" and "the ice cream made the brownie hard". Both of these responses were unacceptable!! This place literally put a bad taste in my mouth!! Never again!! That was my first and last visit. Plus the booths, tables, and chairs were nasty and old!
