What can I say, I have been a fan of Flying Saucer for awhile. This is the first time we have been at this location and it was a perfect stop in our travels. We sat at the bar and the bartender was extremely friendly. Of course their beer list is extensive and has something for just about any beer lover. I like that they categorize their beers by styles. I hate searching and searching for a beer to try in an unorganized list. I ended up getting a sour and it was the perfect treat for the summertime heat! The bartender was also very gracious in allowing us to taste several beers we had never heard of and we chatted a bit about our favorites. My husband got the bahn mi for dinner and he said the pork was very dry, unfortunately he used my blue cheese from my wings to give it a little more pep. It has a really great atmosphere and I am thankful I don't live close to one, because we would be competitive in trying all the beers we could.
