STRONGLY recommend Pet Lodge USA! After having a TERRIBLE first boarding experience with a different company, it was very hard finding a place where I could comfortably drop my dogs off without being a nervous wreck the whole time. Our Vet (Woodland Vet.) recommended Pet Lodge USA in Beachwood, and we decided to give it a shot. When I first picked my pups up, they seemed beyond happy & actually ate while they were there (which DID not happen at the precious location). When we returned for our next visit, I have never seen my (very anxious) dogs be so excited to walk into somewhere knowing I would be leaving them. I strongly recommend Pet Lodge for anyone who views their pet as family, because I can guarantee from experience that Dan, and the staff at Pet Lodge USA will make your pet feel more than at home.. Which makes your get away even more enjoyable!!
