I love 121 Fitness. The facilities have everything you could want and the staff is friendly and professional! They do an exceptional job keeping things clean and tidy. The staff members I have gotten to know like Melissa go out of there way to make you feel welcome and get the most out of your experience. Their yoga instructors are top notch and are always striving to keep their classes fresh and challenging. I particularly like the classes taught by Julie, Nick, Brian and Hillary.
