I wish i would have read these reviews before signing a lease for 8 months. was assured i would be getting a beautiful apartment, instead i got one full of roaches, nothing was cleaned and there were many uncaulked areas. Even worse is that management pretended to not know about the issues and supposedly did a walk through before i moved in. I noticed bug within my first hour of moving. Management sent pest control and they did nothing. I bought my own supplies and it seemed to work better but still seeing roaches everyday. I dont even want to move new furniture in. Secondly maintenance is completely lazy and it goes unchecked. I would like to terminate my lease here as I feel mislead but when I brought it up, they simply said no, and that they would keep spraying for bugs. until then I guess I'm supposed to be ok with roaches on my kitchen table, in my bed and in my showers and dishwasher.
