I ordered a fridge and dishwasher on 2/20/18 Scheduled delivery for 2/26. On that day I received my dishwasher, the delivery guy asked me if someone had called me about the fridge. No they didn't, so he proceeded to tell me they didn't have it. So I called the store and asked about the fridge the lady I spoke to said she didn't know anything about it. She later called me back telling me it was in scratch and dent area. She said she would order me a new one... it would take 3 to 5 days to get it in. I said okay. I called 5 days later, still hadn't received it. I spoke to a manager named Tony. He said he will find one and have it delivered that following Monday and he would call and check up to make sure that I received it and that everything was right. Monday comes and goes no fridge. I called them 20 min to closing asking if it was getting delivered. They said they didn't know anything about a delivery to my home that day. I then spoke to a lady named Rebecca and she said she would schedule it for Wednesday. I FINALLY received it on Wednesday, they also tried to deliver another dishwasher. The man asked where he should put it and I said back on your truck, that was delivered a few weeks ago and pointed to the one I had installed. Tony has yet to call me and I reached out yesterday with no luck. This store has the WORST communication I've ever seen. I used to go to Lowe's for everything, looks like Home Depot will be getting all my future business.
