It was just okay. The people were nice. I asked for acrylic removal and gel polish but wound up getting a manicure. It was too late by the time I realized she was going full-on manicure so I wound up paying it. The staff all talks to each other so the environment seems relaxed, but they don't really talk to you the whole time you're there. The lady who was helping me seemed distracted by all the conversation, though, because when she was pushing my cuticles back with the little tool she wasn't even looking and she was just scraping my nail and not even touching the cuticle at all. She couldn't get one of the acrylics off so she just used the little machine to grind it down and put gel on top of it. There was color on the skin surrounding my nails, so it wasn't a super clean manicure overall. I did notice the place was a little dirty and disorganized behind the stations, too. Overall just meh.
