We brought our minivan there primarily for an interior detail to prepare for sale. There were some heavy and some light stains in the carpet, and the cup holders etc needed to be cleaned out. They said they would do their best but no promises they could get the stains out (which should've warned me right there) and they'd wipe down the engine and do a simple wash on the outside since the focus was more on the inside. When we picked it up it looked like they vacuumed and wiped out the inside but the floor looked exactly the same. I asked what chemicals they used. They said all they have is basic carpet shampoo. So they didn't even have specialized chemicals or equipment for stains. I could've done what they did. The outside looked like it was quickly wiped with a wet towel. There were still heavy dust areas you could see they missed that I could wipe my finger across leaving a line. The mirrors had dried water smears on them. And when I sat in driver's seat I used a key and pulled several pieces of small paper, a thumbtack and a couple bobby pins out of a folding cup holder that was preventing it from closing, and their reply was "We did the best we could with that". REALLY? It was NOT worth the $80. Take your car to someone with a real shop (instead of working out of their house), that aren't kids and have more experience, that HAVE the chemicals and tools needed to do the job. And honesty I didn't even check the engine because I was so flustered when I left, but they probably saw that I washed it at the car wash the day before and thought it was good enough. I gave them 2 instead of 1 star because they did a decent headlight restoration. But was it worth an extra $40? Probably not.
