Overall the hotel isn't terrible but my biggest complaint is that even though this hotel says its "non smoking" my room and especially my bathroom REEKS of smoke! So much so that It hurts my eyes.
There definitely needs to be some renovations as it's very outdated. My bathroom floor had damage to it and I attached a picture.
Positives: I enjoy holiday inn express as they have refrigerator and microwaves as I travel a lot for work and the bed is very comfortable. There is a free breakfast but I never eat it so I couldn't tell you what they have at it. The beds are very comfortable.
Overall, I would probably stay elsewhere of traveling in this area again.
