When I first moved in here in 2011 I loved it. I had a nice apartment over looking the pool. The place was hip and young. I had a lot of fun and spent a lot of time at the pool. In 2012 after they changed management they were raising rent so I ended up buying a house and moving out. I hired a maid, a carpet cleaning company, and made sure I left the place spotless. When I turned in my keys and did my walk through I was told everything was good. To my surprise over a year later they put me in collections and say I owe $1400. Are you serious? You put me in collections after you told me I was good and you never called later to tell me I owed money. I'm still fighting this and it's still on my credit report. I recommend staying clear of this shady place.
