Whole foods market is great for the different items that you can't get at your regular Loblaws, Sobeys or No Frills. Sure in many areas it's well overpriced but hey you can't beat their quality!
I really like the selection of Organic and varietal apples when you walk in the produce section. Their meats make you salivate and their buffett counter is a great place for an inexpensive alternative to a restaurant when on holiday!
