Jeff, the technician, was on time and pleasant mannered. He was here for the fall tuneup and assisted in lighting our gas log pilot light. Big thumbs up. Jeff also came by this spring to perform an extensive tune up on our older system and drained/cleaned the condensation lines that were clogged. Wouldn't hesitate to use these folks for my next HVAC servicing needs.
