I recently bought a used sectional from someone who owned a dog & it had dog hair on it & a slight smell, maybe from a human? After calling a couple other companies & checking prices I booked an appointment with Desert Carpet Cleaning. They were able to come the next day but I wanted them to come in two days. I got an appointment for 8am-10am & asked if they could come closer to 8am. She said she would put 7am & have them show up @ 8am. After I hung up with them I happened to check out the review on Yelp....Ooops yeah I kinda did that a little backwards & then was worried after reading all the bad reviews (which were mostly all on carpet cleaning service) if I should even have them come. I was actually having a hard time trying to get in contact with other companies. Two of them didn't call me back & one couldn't even give me an estimate on how much extra it would be to get the couch deodorized so I thought well I will let Desert Carpet Cleaning come out & it theres an issue I will have them leave. So a little after 8am Danni showed up to clean my couch. We talked about how much extra it would cost to get it deodorized & he wanted to charge $200 total & I told him that was too much & I didn't want to pay that. It was going to cost me $75 to get it steamed cleaned (no shampoo). He explained what the difference was & brought the price down to $150 which I was wiling to pay, figured it would be worth the money since its not like a need to get my furniture cleaned frequently. He did a test spot prior to cleaning the couch to make sure it wouldn't ruin the couch. WOW!!!! Danni did a fantastic job & I was super impressed!!!! My couch didn't look bad to begin with but now it looks brand new, no more dog hair or funky smell either! He was very thorough in the cleaning process & didn't miss a spot. He even cleaned the back of the couch & my ottoman. My tile flooring around the sectional got a little wet during the cleaning process (which can be expected) but he cleaned all that up & left things in great condition. Danni was very friendly & it took about 2 hours. I defiantly would recommend this company for couch cleaning & I would actually hire them to come back & clean my carpets!!
