My family has been ordering takeout from Pittsburgh Thai since its opening. The staff is humble and friendly and the food is always prepared quickly and consistent. The noodle dishes are the prime pieces to the menu. Pad Thai, See Yew, and Spicy Noodles are some of the best in the city and suburbs of Pittsburgh. Thai by Boris stacks up against Noodlehead, Niki's, and Pusadees to name a few favorites. Haven't explored the menu much further because the noodle dishes are everything and you can swap chicken, pork, shrimp, beef, tofu and change up your spice level to keep things interesting.
