I'm not sure about the Factory Outlet specifically, but Hakim is a terrible brand and really doesn't save you money in the end. One brief example is them trying to charge me $70 to provide me with my pupil distance (a service I was charged $15 for elsewhere). I even wrote to their customer service people (with 3 follow ups!) and didn't receive a single response. Get your glasses anywhere else :)
