I sat patiently for 1 hour for them to tell me that they cannot change my oil. Didn't have the right tools to take off the secondary skid plate. They actually took me into the shop and the guys told me that they would attach the plate they removed and will contact me when they get the right tool. 2 days later my skid plate fell half way off, leaving me stranded. I had to tow the vehicle to the dealer. The first thing the dealer asked was who did the last oil change, because they didn't properly tighten the bolts. I asked Jiffy Lube to reimburse me for the parts, $100 (no labor or towing). I was told that they didn't remove anything and there was damage to the skid plate and that these things frequently loosen and fall off. Funny how the dealer didn't see any damage. In fact, the manager that refused to reimburse me said he was there and saw everything (I think he was there), if so, why didn't they tell me about all of this damage. Steer clear from this location and any other location from the same franchise owner.
