DO NOT GO HERE. I had beautiful long hair, it was all pretty much one length as I had been growing it out for almost 10 months. It was almost a year since I died it or anything. I'm a new mom so I keep my hair up everyday and when I got there I hadn't brushed it out or anything & he took pictures. Well I was a VERY faded brunette wanting to go blonde. He swore he could do it but he RUINED my hair. He put the hair removal product in and put me under the dryer and it was so hot I had to get out because it burned my head so bad. He put in the remover again after washing it out and my hair was falling out by this point, he washed it out and put a mask in to save the hair I had left. He put me back under the dryer, when that was finished my hair was no where near what I had asked for, he put in a toner to take away the gold (still have golden hair) and when we finished he went on to cut my hair. Now it looks like a bad extension job and I tried to bleach my hair at home. My hair broke off in so many places because of what he did. I got home and cried it's looks so bad. I went back to get my money back because he charged me $220 for this disappointment. He refused and told me to go ask any other hair stylist if he did a good job. You can look at my hair and see he did a bad job. I've never been so disappointed with my hair. I don't care that my hair has different shades of gold and blonde, I really only care about the fact that it broke off so badly. He did try and do whatever he could to save my hair which I can respect but if he knew he couldn't do it and would cause all this damage he should've just said no he can't do it. I would've left happier if he was honest and didn't touch my hair but no he ruined my hair.
