These guys suck so bad - they haven't even figured out how to answer their phones yet. It took 5 days of constant calling to get through, then they put me on hold for 30 minutes then disconnected me. After I finally got through they told me they hadn't received my referral from my primary care physician. I call my primary care physician to have them fax required forms. The office administrator called me back and told me that she had the same situation. They do not answer the phone - when they do they just disconnect your call. Fuck these people!
