Kini or Kenny (not quite sure how he spells his name) is the Manager at this location and no where to be found. It was so hot in the store this evening. It was uncomfortable. I come here about 7-8pm at least twice a month and spend about $150-200 on each visit. Prices are reasonable. The staff is friendly. It's not over crowded at that time. I'm sure there are floor managers or someone he left the key or access to the AC. I only took conditioner and shampoo and was out of there. I went to a Grocery store for my shopping. Please fix this AC problem before you lose customers.
