It's been nearly 6 months, and the sun shade I ordered has still not been installed properly. After initially taking my down payment, it took over two months to deliver the first shade. It was more than a foot too short, and they argued with me for two months more about it. After finally asking for a refund, they reluctantly offered to re-make it. This took a few weeks longer, but after it was installed, their clip-and-bungy system came apart on the first breezy day. A few days later a bolt broke off and I had to replace it myself. After attempting to contact them for two weeks, I finally left an urgent voice mail, and they finally came out to "fix" it again, only to have it come loose 20 minutes after they left (and not even a hint of a breeze!). They made a second trip to replace the clips, but used basically the same hardware. I have no faith in the product nor the company's integrity at this point. If I find the shade holds up better and stays fastened, I will update this review. Hopefully others can find a more reliable company to do business with.
