My husband and I both have went here the past two years for our annual eye exams. Reception is always super friendly when I call or go into the office. Wait time is always reasonable. Dr. Lee is who we see and he does an incredible job. He is professional, thorough, and friendly. He also seems to sincerely care. Once I brought my 3-month-old in with me and Dr. Lee was happy to answer a question I had about the baby's eye. You'll also see him at the front desk making sure you're being taken care of.
My contacts always arrived quickly if they didn't already have them. Dr. Lee was also patient about explaining contact options re: comfort, wear time, cost, etc. They try their best to help you pick out glasses but if they don't have what you like will happily print out your prescription to go elsewhere.
