Was not happy today. Went in to buy a car, and the woman that was initially selling me the vehicle called her manager over to see what vehicles were in my price range, && etc. Whenever I was informing this manager they were being so rude about me wanting a certain price. He was implying that if you go to any Hendrick it's all the same, basically stating that you're not gonna get better then me. When the WHOLE time he was pushing me to buy a car over 5,000 my budget. Then my boyfriend asked him if the gentlemen thinks we shouldn't come to any of the Hendricks and the guy got so furious his face turned red and he said "WHY WOULD YOU SAY THAT?". Then I stood up and said "we are leaving now!". When doing this we both smiled and proceeded to leave. In doing so my boyfriend went to shake the mans hand and the man grabbed his hand so hard it was DISRESPECTFUL. Very unprofessional. Very childish. JOE SHOULDN'T BE WORKING AT TOYOTA any longer. Stating I love Hendrick because I've bought a previous car here before but horrible customer service on this already stressful day wasn't okay.
