The complex itself and the amenities are great. The grounds are nice and and it's a pretty peaceful atmosphere when you're just lounging outside. I also have no complaints regarding the office staff. They have tried to help with the below complaint but nothing has changed.
Now, the truth... You can hear every little thing that goes on around you. Do not live on a corner, near an elevator, with your balcony facing cart ports, or ESPECIALLY below anyone. The person above me is about the same size as me (5'0 110lbs or less) and It sounds like she stomps around all night and day. She slams everything! She never rests!!! She never sits!! Between the girl upstairs and the people walking down the hallway and the doors slamming, I literally have the worst anxiety and nerves ever. For such expensive looking apartments, they are so cheaply made. You can also hear inappropriate things.
If I rent here again, I'll have to move to the 4th floor. DO NOT live below anyone. Trust me.. you'll appreciate me telling you this!
