Farida Rassiwala was unprofessional and rude. She ought to be reeducated about the Patient's Bill of Rights. First line states, "Be treated with dignity and respect". She disregarded that with me. She talked over me the entire time and didn't even want to take the time to get to know me. All Farida did was look at my medical records and, and then began "profiling" me like I was a kid in detention. She just wanted her day to be over with. Pathetic.
