DO NOT GO HERE. I have never written a review but I strongly feel the need to. I went to this salon with a photo of what I wanted which was a blonde ombre and i came out with full highlights which i did not want... they are now orange... I called and they said that they would schedule an appointment and work out something. On the phone I asked for a reimbursement when I got there they were only willing to make my hair lighter. I didn't trust them with my hair and I didn't want it lighter. I got no reimbursement on a $200 hair color. I ran out crying and stuck with hair that I do not like at all.
