Let's start with the staff. These days, I've almost come to expect horrendous customer service from any medical staff. Almost without exception, a friend will recommend a doctor and say "but his/her staff is terrible." Summit's staff is consistently delightful; they knew me by first name after the very first visit, they greet you the second you walk through the door with a smile, and they are only too happy to help answer questions. You don't sit in the waiting room for long (provided you show up on time) and the hygienists and Dr. Spillers are fantastic. Their clear goal is to make sure you're informed, taken care of, and happy with your result. I highly recommend Summit for both cleanings, exams, repairs (chipped tooth), and consultations about other issues (like possible TMJ). Summit is the best!
