Today was my first visit to this office and it will most certainly be my last. Front desk receptionist was rude with me after I arrived five minutes late for my appt, telling me I would be called back any minute which turned out to be a 45 minute wait. The assistant to Dr. Chen was not overly friendly or overly rude, rather unimpressive actually. She did however point out that their office does not contact other doctor's offices to obtain information about prior medical history that I could not recall, even when this info is very pertinent to the reason for my visit. Then came the best part of all. Once Dr. Chen arrived, it was clear within a few seconds that she cared more about boasting her expertise than making me feel comfortable, more about hurrying through the appt than listening to me and gathering all the info, more about putting down other physicians I had seen previously than about professionalism. What an all around unpleasant experience. So disappointed I had to wait a MONTH for this. Never again.
