I received a recommendation from another Yelper, shout out to Kelly C., after seeing her review and talking to her about her experience. Both my Mom and I were relocating and used You Move Me for both moves. Curtis, as the other reviews have said, was great! He and the Team are very well organized from the day you schedule your move to the day of the move.
Upon scheduling Curtis came to provide estimates for the move and followed up as the date got closer. On the day of the move the Team arrived on time and did an amazing job. I had packed myself so they only were moving the boxes and furniture to my new location, everything went very smoothly. As for my Mom, they were packing her house and delivery certain items to a storage unit and the rest to her new location. They had two trucks in which they packed according to where they were going. That went very smoothly. The only thing I would recommend, if they pack you, if they mark the boxes very well, or you mark them after they pack them. My Mom did run into some trouble trying to locate things that were mis-marked for different rooms. Other than that both moves were a great and I will definitely use them again.
