I'm not a huge yoga fan, at least not the usual fare. I do love this place, though. The ambiance is incredibly welcoming and relaxing. The hardwood floors are amazing and there is always room for brand new students. There is no judgment and I cannot imagine a place more comfortable to either begin or continue a practice. I do the 60 minutes of Hot yoga. I like that I know the poses but I don't have to nearly die to reap the benefit. Seriously, you have to try it!
