Without a doubt, Dorton's Heating & Air is the best HVAC company ever. I have a rental 4 hours away, and the tenant called on the hottest day of the year (so far) to say the AC was out. I quickly made calls to HVAC companies, and Jamie made me feel the most comfortable. Other HVAC companies couldn't give me a real quote, but Jamie gave me the best idea he could and promised he would text if the problem was worse than he thought. He also listened, was kind, knowledgeable and patient, and followed through on everything. Wow, I wish Dorton's could service my own home. Thank you!
