I had a hotel block for my wedding at Mandalay. When we booked it, they charged us $330 for both nights. Being a local in Vegas I'm aware of resort fees but didn't expect the total to be another $120 on top. Anyways I called the property to find out details about all these misc prices and the front desk agent named Michael was very rude and even scoffed at my questions. When I asked how two nights of resort fees can add up to $120 he answered with "I'm not sure what resort prices you're used to but this is how it is here." At this point I got upset and said "$120 for resort fees is ridiculous!" And he started speaking in Tagalog to another coworker either about me or about something, which is VERY unprofessional. Please train your staff to act more professionally towards guests Mandalay or you're ratings will continue to drop.
