I went to this Kia dealership with the intention to buy a car and trade in mine but I wasn't sure if it would be possible because I was upside-down on my trade. I was approached by Chris Daniels and I explained my situation and how I just wanted to look to see what I wanted to get once I could pay my car down a little more. He did push me or immediately say that he could get me a car... He walked patiently with me around the lot showing me the different models and explained how they differed. I fell in love with the Kia Optima Hybrid. I was turning in a GT Mustang which guzzled gas and was a manual. After talking a little more about the situation he asked his boss some questions about the rebates and showed him my car. They politely ASKED if I would be interested in getting a trade in estimate and seeing if we could make it affordable. They gave a fair trade in and offered me the vehicle at fair market price. They were very respectful and gave me plenty of time to think and look at the numbers, not once being pushy. I'm happy to say that I was able to get the exact car I wanted at the price I wanted with a Very fair trade in. If you're looking for a dealership and hate sales people as much as I do then go to Tempe Kia. It was a great experience and I am very happy with my car!
