It's sad that this place used to be my go to spot. Everyone was friendly and I never had a problem with my services... until now.
I recently (last week) had my nails done for my birthday. I typically only get gel manis but I went with a full set and a gel polish for the occasion. The fellow that did my nails was TERRIBLE. I told them I would prefer to have my pedi first that way it had plenty of time to dry (I also had a friend with me getting the same exact services and this way we could interact during our time at the salon) instead I was scoffed at and rushed to a chair. He huffed and puffed the entire time with barely any contact. He rushed through the application of my nails and I complained 3 times about one of the nails not fitting properly and he proceeded with the rest of the process anyway. I was immediately less than thrilled and upset with how my nails looked however since he had rushed through my nail beds were too sore to endure anymore trauma for that day. I proceeded to make my way back to the salon the day of my birthday (2 days later) to complain about my nails and have them fix it. To my surprise they had the same fellow do my nails... AGAIN. Guess what? Same result. He also didn't even take all of the polish off, and he just repainted over the old polish. So I have this extremely thick layer of paint on my nails and tips that don't even fit my fingers. $64 down the drain. I won't be back.
