Today was the third time I ordered on my app and when I get there, they tell me they are out of the product or an ingredient needed to make it. What's worse is that it was a featured drink (iced coconut mocha macchiatto). You would think they would have enough coconut milk in stock for featured drinks. The girl that refunded me was nice but usually I have crappy service there. Staff walk by ignoring you at the mobile pick up area. One time I grabbed my own drink and when I asked the boy for a straw, he had a fit (literally like a girl shrieking) that I took my own drink because it might have been someone else's. I told him I read the label before I took it. I'm over 40 years old, I don't need these little shits treating me like I am stupid. If they would acknowledge customers, I would not have to take my own drink. I found a new starbucks to go to on my way to work and on the weekend's I go to the one on Dobson and Warner. It's a few miles out of my way, but the staff are much nicer.
The other down side is that the parking sucks and it will only get worse when Mod Pizza opens. I went to this location on a Friday and it was so loud inside. At that point I decided I would never meet up with anyone here again. And now I will never order anything to go. They've lost my business.
