The customer service at this location is horrible. Store opens at 9am...I get there at 10am, no one in the store but me, and was told we'll be with you in a couple of minutes...4 customer service people behind their desks doing what??? Century Link itself has the worse customer service. I went from COX to Century Link, got a better deal but the the INTERNET SPEED is no more than a DSL connection, and 10mpbs is horrible, took forever to upload and download...so switched back to COX internet, in the meantime, the fees for switching blew my mind. 200.00 cancellation of contract fee...then to get my phone number back another 55.00...and they would not work with me on waiving the fees, not only is customer service in the store bad, the customer service on the phone is worse. DO NOT USE OR GET CENTURY LINK...the service is horrible.
