This FREE attraction is located in the Miracle Mile Shops inside Planet Hollywood. There are maps of the mall area and it is marked on the map but, it's in the back right wing if you enter off of the casino in front of Panda Express.
Monday-Thursday every hour from 10am-11pm and Friday-Sunday every half hour from 10am-11pm. This show lasts about 5 minutes and is definitely geared more towards children but, I enjoyed it as well.
It takes place in a pool and is complete with fog rolling across the water, changing colored lights on the edges of the pool, "lighting" from around the tops of the ceiling, sounds of thunder and after the rain storm is slowing to an end there are bird and animal noises that come across the speakers.
This was the least busy free attraction that I visited but, I did see it on a Monday afternoon so that may be why.
