The Valentine's Day flowers I ordered did not arrive on Valentine's Day. I emailed customer service and first, they just flat out lied and said it was delivered on 2/14. After I asked them who signed for it and what time they delivered, they went silent, and on 2/15, I get a delivery of WILTED flowers. Trying to get customer service on the phone is impossible. Like the other unhappy customers, I'll also have to resort to going through my credit card company.
This company should not exist.
