Had the HARDEST time finding this place first of all. It's literally a house, not where the Groupon says it's located.
You arrive and sign papers and a huge piece of paper is screaming at you saying tip at least $40.
I bought the body wrap, facial, and massage on Groupon.
First, the lady asked me to strip butt naked and lay in this hot bag. She scrubbed my naked body down with scrub and added cold lotion. Zipped me up. She said she was going to do my facial while I was in the body wrap.
Facial, this was not a facial. The front desk lady literally came in the room and talked to the person giving my facial. Imagine a dark room, trying to relax, and all you hear are heels walking all around the floor. The lady giving my facial left the room over five times that I counted while doing my facial. As far as the facial, it was lotion after lotion after lotion. Wipe wipe wipe off. More lotion. Wipe off. Mask. Wipe off with towel. Not enjoyable.
Massage was her rubbing lotion all over my body after she took the plastic wrap drenched in sweat off of me, handed me a towel and asked for me to wipe off, butt naked, and to lay back down face down. She rubbed my back for one minute, legs and arms for maybe 5 minutes. And I don't mean massage. I mean squirt of lotion and just rub it in.
If you are looking for a spa, this is not a spa. This is a cheap Groupon offer by the manager in hopes to increase profits. Thing is, I'm not even sure if these people are licensed to do massages and facials. There were zero licenses on the walls. I could do this with a half gallon of lotion, a heated blanket, some plastic wrap and a hot towel.
Do yourself a favor and do not purchase this Groupon thinking you're getting a deal. You get what you pay for on this one. Nice lady who did my massage. That's about it.
