Came here on insurance claim. Was told it would take a week. It took almost 2. They compensated by knocking off $250 off my deductible. Got the car back and the driver side door hinge didnt work, the door would open then immediately shut on my shins. the dome light didn't work (it did prior), and the new window molding had a high pitched squeal every time I rolled the window up or down. I took it back, they ordered parts and fixed it and claimed to have lubricated the window rubber. IT STILL SQUEAKS HORRIBLY! Overall opinion, I feel like they had my car for 2 week and didnt touch it for almost 2 weeks. Then quickly "fixed" it once I called to find out what was taking so long. I feel there was no quality check performed and these "little" things should have been noticed and taken care of in the first place. My insurance paid out almost $1500 to fix it. It should have been fixed right the first time.
