I am so happy I stumbled on this place on yelp! I planned a girls day for me and three friends, and we booked an appointment for pedicures on a Saturday morning. I called once and the phone wasn't working, so I called again and had no trouble. I booked the appointment with no problems, but the best part was someone actually called me back from my original missed call to make sure I was taken care of! As a first time customer, that said a lot about the pride they take in their service.
We were a few minutes late to our appointment, but we called to let them know and they were super friendly about it. Once we got there we were thrilled with the decor and atmosphere of the place. It was so friendly and inviting! The color options were awesome, and the pedicure I got has already lasted me two weeks!!
They do accept walk ins, but they also respect appointment times, which was a HUGE PLUS for me. If they can't fit you in, they will tell you when they can without rushing the people who have called ahead. In that moment I was pleasantly surprised, but also disappointed because I wanted to get an unscheduled manicure. They have a repeat customer in me for sure!
